Currently there exists two ways to work through a divorce, child support, spousal maintenance, and other family law matters. These methods are:
(1) Hire an attorney: This process often involves seeking out an attorney. Typically, a family law attorney costs $300+ per hour or more. You must pay a retainer, which is often an initial installment of $5,000 and later installments range around $3,500 to $5,000. Many divorces cost well over $10,000.
(2) Pro-se: This process involves going through the process on your own. You must produce your own paperwork, learn the authoritative law, learn court procedures, and attempt to work through the process. This process will cost you generally filing fees; however, what you lose in the divorce or must pay to your spouse can be far more expensive than hiring an attorney.
We provide options within the two above. We can help you prepare documents, give you legal advice necessary to facilitate your case, and step in to represent you if, and when, necessary. We also offer services that allow both parties to work together to mutually agreed to terms and conditions of the divorce. In the event your matter is not resolved through agreement we can and will represent you vigorously in court.

Conrad is a legal paraprofessional with a family law endorsement, which permits him to provide legal advice and representation for domestic relations legal matters.
Conrad Simon also holds professional certifications for general mediation and family law mediation, which are bolstered by the alternative dispute resolution education he received while attending the James E. Rogers College of Law.
A combination of Mr. Simon’s licenses, certifications, and education allow him to provide a myriad number of options to help his clients reach their goals. His dedication to service of his community (Navy veteran, former law enforcement, and volunteer) propels him to provide his best efforts. His belief in access to justice facilitates his desire to provide legal services to all people, regardless of their financial situation, race, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality.
